I am a professional home and commercial inspector with 20+ continuous years in the construction industry. Formerly a licensed builder, I continuously update my certifications and appraise myself of all technical bulletins.

Our wide range of construction experiences allows us to offer valuable information that most home inspectors will not; this includes cost information on various types of repairs/renovations.
